While only 15 minutes from the third largest city in Tennessee, Union County offers a full range of outdoor recreation. Boat rental is available for those who wish to enjoy the waters of Norris Lake. Created by the formation of Norris Dam, Norris Lake is known country wide for its superb bass and striper fishing. It is rated as one of Tennessee's cleanest lakes and is fed by two rivers.
